Dr. Kepner earned his bachelors degree from Wittenberg University and Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He has been practicing Optometry at the Pearle Vision in Wheaton since 1991. He is Board Certified to prescribe therapeutic medications in addition to dilated pupil exams and eyeglass & contact lens fitting.
